Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders from our international shipping centre, where parcels are consolidated before dispatch. This makes shipping more efficient and sustainable, but can mean delivery takes a little longer.

Delivery times

• Processing: 1 to 3 working days
• Shipping to Australia: approx. 5 to 10 working days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs checks or busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.

Shipping costs

• Standard tracked shipping within Australia: free
• Reshipments, including replacement sizes under our Fit Guarantee: A$10.00

Lost parcels
If your parcel is lost, we will send a free replacement. If you prefer a refund, we will issue it once the courier has confirmed the parcel as lost.

Order changes and cancellations
Orders are processed immediately, so they cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
