Fit Guarantee: Your perfect size, worry-free

Choosing the right size online can be tricky, and with underwear and bras, a comfortable and secure fit matters. That's why we offer a Fit Guarantee on your first order.

How it works

• With your first order, you can try on your underwear or bra.
• Not the right size? Let us know within 7 days of delivery.
• You can exchange your item once for a different size, even if the hygiene seal has been broken.

How to request an exchange
Email us at info@loeah.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and tell us which size you need. Our customer service team will take care of the rest.

What do I pay?
Your replacement size is free. You only pay a one-time fee of A$10.00 to cover shipping.

As replacement items are provided free of charge, they are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
